Can I place my order over the phone?
No problem! We can answer questions, make recommendations, check stock & place orders all over the phone.

How do I track the status of my order?
For order updates text Status? to: 712-225-4501 (only from primary contact's phone).

Does my sales associate get commission on my order?
No! All employees are encouraged to help & ensure customer satisfaction regardless of a purchase.

Do you have delivery?
Absolutely! We have three delivery packages to choose from starting $19.99. All the packages include 50 miles of travel ($2 each additional mile), pre-inspection & assembly. For details see Delivery/Service.

Do you haul away our old mattress & furniture?
Yes we can! Disposal is just $10 per item or seat.

Do you offer financing?
Yes! Wells Fargo & Synchrony are our traditional lender partners that offer interest free terms with no money down. We also have In-Store financing which doesn't require credit.

Do you sell bed frames?
Yes! We stock twin, full, queen, king & cal-king sizes.

Can I buy just a mattress only?
Absolutely! Many of our customers don't need a foundation because they want to place their new mattress on a platform or power base.

Can I choose the fabric for my new furniture?
Yes you can! We have thousands of items that are value produced that may have just a few options, but some of our vendors including La-Z-Boy & Best allow as to custom order that unique item just the way you want it. Custom order items often have hundreds of options including the cover, color, finish, etc.

Do you have recliners?
Absolutely! We have our entire lower level dedicated to the display of Ashley, Best, Ultra Comfort & La-Z-Boy recliners from big & tall to small. We stock manual, power, power plus with power headrest, heat/message & power lift recliners!

Do you ever get different items on the showroom?
Yes we do! Our showroom spans 3 downtown buildings on four different floors, but that's not enough space to display all of our merchandise, so we are constantly updating our displays with what we think our customers will like.

Do you have a clearance center?
We do! We have a dedicated part of the showroom that includes unique, close-out, damaged & pre-owned items with dramatically reduced prices.

Do you sell display items off the showroom?
Most often our merchandise is special order or taken from our local warehouse stock. When a display is no longer needed the price is reduced & moved to our Clearance Center.

Who do I call for warranty or service questions?
Call us at the showroom. We are a full service furniture & flooring retailer with factory trained technicians that will work with manufacturers on behalf of customers. 712-225-4501
